Scott Ritter - who started out by criticizing Bill Clinton for being too "soft" on Saddam Hussein;and who later criticized Bush for being too tough-and who became a UN Weapons Inspector, is in trouble for soliciting what he allegedly thought was a 15 year old for sex.
